Help with your application for tree work:
We would advise you to always check whether your tree is in a conservation area or covered by a TPO (Tree Preservation Order).  For this you will need to contact the local authority’s planning office and may need to complete an application for them to approve the work. W e can advise and help you with your application.

If your tree is dead, dying or dangerous then it is exempt from TPO legislation but we would always advise contacting the Planning Office prior to removal.
